Send Messages to Staff
Sending messages to staff using the Staff Messaging feature in RMS.
- Select the Envelope icon in RMS.
- Select 'Staff' in the Message Centre menu.
- Select 'New Message'.
- Select RMS Usernames and choose 'Proceed'.
- Type the message.
- Select 'Send'.

Select 'Staff' in the Message Centre menu.
Select 'New Message'.
Select RMS Usernames and choose 'Proceed'.
Type the message.
The selected RMS users will see an orange orb on their Envelope icon indicating a new message.
By opening the Message Centre, users will see the message sent to them and can reply.
