    Send an SMS to all In-House Guests

    Bulk sending SMS to all guests currently in-house.


    Steps Required

    1. Open the In/Out screen in RMS.
    2. Change the view to 'In House Guest'.
    3. Select all reservations.
    4. Select 'Send SMS'.
    5. Choose an SMS Template.
    6. Select 'Send All SMS'.

    Info

    International SMS will use the selection made in the Country field on the Guest Profile to send internationally.
    If no Country is set, the SMS will send using the Property's Country Code and may not reach the intended recipient if it is an international guest.


    Visual Guide

    Open the In/Out screen in RMS and select the 'In House Guest' view.

    Select all reservations and choose 'SMS'.

    Select the SMS Template and choose 'Open'.

    Select 'Send All SMS' to send to all recipients.
