    Send a Contract to the Guest Portal

    Sending a contract to the Guest Portal from RMS.

    Steps Required

    1. Go to the Reservation in RMS.
    2. Navigate to the 'Correspondence' tab.
    3. Select 'Send Out'.
    4. Select the 'Contract' Form Letter.
    5. Select 'Open'.
    6. Choose 'Send to Guest Portal'.
    7. Exit.

    Go to the Reservation in RMS.

    Navigate to the 'Correspondence' tab.

    Select 'Send Out'.

    Select the 'Contract' Form Letter.

    Select 'Open' to merge the contract on screen.

    Choose 'Send to Guest Portal'.

    Select 'Exit' to return to the reservation.

    A record of the Contract sent to the Guest Portal will be recorded on the Correspondence tab.

    When logging into the Guest Portal, the guest will see any outstanding Forms or Contracts requiring their attention with the associated reservation.

    From within the Guest Portal they can review, download and agree to the Contract.

    When a guest agrees to a Contract, this is sent back to the reservation in RMS.
