    Add Form Fields to a Digital Contract

    Inserting form fields into an existing contract in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Correspondence > Form Letters in RMS.
    2. Select the Digital Contract and choose 'Edit'.
    3. Place the cursor into the Form Letter Body.
    4. Select the type of Form Field to insert.
    5. Customise the field as required.
    6. Repeat Steps 3-5 as necessary.
    7. Save/Exit.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Correspondence > Form Letters in RMS.

    Select the Digital Contract and choose 'Edit'.
