    Configure the Accounting Method

    Setting up as Accrual or Cash Accounting.

    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following:

    1. Go to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Options in RMS.
    2. Set the Accounting Method required.
    3. Save/Exit.


    The correct Accounting Method should be set at initial system configuration and not changed without consulting the property's accountant and RMS support.

    Go to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Options in RMS.

    Select the required Accounting Method and choose Save/Exit.
