    Configure General Options for the Guest Portal

    Setup of general options for the Guest Portal in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Portal Access > Guest Portal in RMS.
    2. Navigate to the 'General Options' tab.
    3. Choose the applicable options.
    4. Save.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Portal Access > Guest Portal in RMS.

    Navigate to the 'General Options' tab.

    Select the applicable options to enable or disable in the Guest Portal.

    Select 'Save' to store any changes made.
