Categories for RMS IBE
Setup Categories for use with the RMS IBE.
Have your System Administrator complete the following.
- Go to Setup > Online Bookings > Online Options in RMS.
- Navigate to the 'Category Setup' tab.
- Enable Categories using checkbox.
- Enter the value for Areas to Hold Back from RMS Online.
- Optionally, select a Category Manager for notifications.
- Enter number of Areas to highlight Low Category Availability.
- Enter a tagline for headlines against each Category.
Go to Setup > Online Bookings > Online Options in RMS.
Navigate to the 'Category Setup' tab.
Select the checkbox against each Category to be enabled for RMS Onine.
Enter the number of Areas in each Category to hold back from RMS Online.
Select an RMS User as a Category Manager if required.
Enter a value to be used to highlight low Category Availability when reached.
Enter taglines as headings for Categories.
Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.
