    Check XML Logs for OTA Connections

    Accessing and reviewing XML logs for information sent and received between OTAs and RMS.

    Steps Required

    1. Go to Setup > Online > Channel Management in RMS.
    2. Select a connected OTA.
    3. Choose 'Edit'.
    4. Navigate to the 'Log' tab.
    5. Review logs.

    Select a connected OTA and choose 'Edit'.

    Navigate to the 'Log' tab.

    Outgoing messages from RMS are displayed individually on the left.

    Responses from the OTA are displayed on the right.

    The status of a Request & Response will be shown in the 'Status' column.

    To review the contents of a log message, hover the mouse over and scroll down to review the details.
