    Change the Bill To on Accounts

    Selecting the bill recipient on accounts in RMS.


    Steps Required

    1. Open the Account in RMS.
    2. Select Guest, Company, Travel Agent or Wholesaler from the Bill To drop down.
    3. Choose the recipient.
    4. Exit the Account.

    Visual Guide

    Open the account in RMS.

    Choose an option from the Bill To drop down.

    If required, an alternate recipient from the selected category can be specified.

    Exit the account to complete the changes.
