    SMS Boomgate Access Codes from a Reservation

    Sending Boomgate Access Codes via SMS from RMS.


    Steps Required

    1. Go to the Side Menu Reservation Search in RMS.
    2. Enter a Reservation Number and select 'Search'.
    3. Navigate to the Rego/Access No's tab.
    4. Select the required Guests.
    5. Select 'SMS (Out)'.
    6. Select 'Send All SMS'.
    7. Save/Exit.

    Visual Guide

    Go to the Side Menu Reservation Search in RMS.

    Enter a Reservation Number and select 'Search'.

    Navigate to the Rego/Access No's tab.

    Select the required Guests.

    Select 'SMS (Out)'.

    Select 'Send All SMS'.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made to this reservation.
