    Allow Guests to Set their ETA in the Guest Portal

    Setup to allow guests to specify their time of arrival in the Guest Portal for RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Portal Access > Guest Portal in RMS.
    2. Navigate to the 'General Options' tab.
    3. Select the checkbox 'Allow Guest to change their ETA'.
    4. Select the Allowable Arrival Times.
    5. Save.

    Select the checkbox 'Allow Guest to change their ETA'.

    Select the Allowable Arrival Times.

    Select 'Save' to store the changes made.

    Guests will now have the option to select their ETA in the Guest Portal with options in the time range selected.
