    Connect to Aircamp

    Setting up the connection to Aircamp in RMS.


    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Contact Aircamp and advise of the property's intention to connect from RMS.
    2. Go to Setup > Online Bookings > Channel Management in RMS.
    3. Select the View of 'Unconnected'.
    4. Select 'Aircamp' and choose 'Connect'.
    5. Navigate to the 'Options' tab.
    6. Select the required Availability option.
    7. Select a Colour, Market Segment & Booking Source.
    8. Select if Aircamp Reservations should appear in the Guest Portal.
    9. Navigate to the 'Available Rate Types' tab.
    10. Select the Rate Types Aircamp can have access to.
    11. Save/Exit.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made and complete the connection setup.
