    Transfer Sundry Charges from Accommodation to Extras

    Quickly transfer incidental charges between accounts in RMS.


    Steps Required

    1. Go to Side Menu Reservation Search in RMS.
    2. Enter the Reservation Number and select 'Search'.
    3. Go to the Accommodation Account.
    4. Right click the Sundry Charge.
    5. Select 'Send To' and choose 'Extras'.
    6. Repeat as necessary.

    Enter the Reservation Number and select 'Search'.


    Go to the Accommodation Account.

    Right click the Sundry Charge.

    Select 'Send To' and choose 'Extras'.

    This charge will now appear on the Extras account.

    Repeat as neccessary for any incidental charges requiring transfer to Extras.
