Override a Package on a Reservation

Steps Required

Open the reservation in RMS.

Select 'Package'.

Choose 'Manually Override Package'.

Select 'Add' to include additional package components.

Or, select a package component and choose 'Edit' to amend.

When adding a new package component, select a Sundry Charge.

Select whether this package component should appear on the Reservation Account, To Do Chart or Housekeepers Report.

Setup the amount to be charged for this package component.

Configure the frequency this component should apply to the reservation.

Select 'Save/Exit' to return to the Package screen.

The newly added package component will now be displayed.

Exiting back to the reservation screen will show the Package Amount in red indicating it has been overridden.
