    Multiple Reservation Accounts

    Setup using a second account on reservations in RMS.

    Steps Required

    Have your System Administrator complete the following:

    1. Go to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Options in RMS.
    2. Navigate to the 'Options' tab.
    3. Select the checkbox 'Split Account Required'
    4. Optional: Select the checkbox 'Use Additional Account Types'.
    5. Save/Exit.
    6. Log out of RMS.

    Split account adds a second account to all reservations (Accomm & Extras).

    Additional Account Types can be selected and used for utility accounts or additional custom account types required for all reservations.

    Click Here for instructions on System Labels to change the name of each account type in RMS.

    Visual Guide

    Go to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Options in RMS.

    Navigate to the 'Options' tab.

    Select the checkbox 'Split Account Required'

    Optional: Select the checkbox 'Use Additional Account Types'.

    Select 'Save/Exit' to store the changes made.

    Log out of RMS to allow the database to update with the changes made.

    All reservations will now have the selected additional account types available.
